A Huge Joke Of a Company

<p>over the past while since about the 20th of december up untill the 10th of january telkom has displayed service that is so pathetic it makes the company look like complete lieing faliers</p> <p> </p> <p>i dont know if the CEO or anyone for that matter know how **** this company is it is the worst service i have ever recieved in my life and the promises that were made and the lies that were told acutally became a joke between my family and i on what they were going to promise and under deliver everytime we phoned , i myself am shock let alone horrified by this experience from this so call world class brand wich is TELKOM !! i cannot believe that it takes 2 and a half weeks on non stop phone calls waisting money to only be messed around by useless staff at telkom call center , i was so ready to use fowl language and throw my toys out but it dosent make a difference because aslong as Telkom are getting paid their customers mean Sweet **** all to them !! Telkom are the fastest to list you for 1 late payment which infact was never late but they will list you in a blink of an eye but when it comes to resolving customer complaints rather leave you straded and helpless .</p> <p> </p> <p>so many of the So Called Floor Managers made promises to me and never got back to me promising me day after day that my problem is going to be resolved or telling me there is not much else they can do where infact there was !! I spoke to a Young Lady floor manager by the Name of Bianca she was very calm understanding and made me feel at ease promising me a call back and imidiate help this also being at 10: 00 at night she promised to phone the next day and stuck to her promise giving me excellent service and making me beyond happy because finally something was done . Obviously Bianca is a cut above the Rest and dosent Deserve to work at such a **** company She is a Power house super star and i hope she gets recongnition and hope promotions and a bright future is ahead of her Hopefully not at Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>Another Individual i would like to thank is Johan at Byts I can see he is not apart of telkom maybe only contracted to them but is passion for his job and customer service is out of this world i not only got one phone call from him to make sure my line is up and running but i got 3 calls making sure all was fine and giving me updates every time people like These 2 dont deserve to fall under the telkom umbrella because the standard of service they give is Above all else more than what telkoms whole body corp would give</p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope these two indeviduals get praise and some sort of gesture for the excellent work and service they give and how i value all their efforts</p> <p> </p> <p>I am Dissapointed in Telkom and i will be sure to make it known to everyone who i come into contact with .Everyone at Telkom Should take a Leaf out of Johan and Biancas books</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be paying For My Serive for the time i had non and if i get billed i will make sure this is not where it will stay i will take it futher . I really and trully Hope telkom catch a wake up , useless and pathetic to say the least</p>
