a huge flop -pay no attention to rectify they mistakes -********** -Terrible customer service-incorrect information to customers -this company should be closed down

<p>this company firslty does not debit on time,then i was debited every weeks ,like *** a called in and was advised it was sorted and fixed,then telkom try to bebit like two more time after i have already made payment then my account is chaged more debit costs as they was not enough of money for telkom ,,telkom then accpted fault i was promised it will be fixed- the following month i was then double debited which put me out of my budget and when i called telcom i was told i must find the time self and go ask the back to reverse it myself ,i work and could not find the time to do this myself ,i evently waited after weeks where i was refunded the amount the that was double debited ,,my creddit scoring dropped beocuse of telkom,s flops and even all the extra bank charges was not even refunded </p> <p> </p> <p>i requetsed that i wnat to cancel my business with them ,i have a contract and am totally unhappy as telkom messed my scoring so bad </p> <p> </p>
