A government owed ****

I wouldn't signup for an account as it is impossible to cancel and they will continue charging you.

To quote the email I received back from a Telkom agent: "Case number 3****** has been closed, there is no detailed reason for why."

Then no effort was made to correct it, and I am now still being billed. The agent I dealt with even closed my ticket as resolved.
