A frustrating experience

<p>I have just opened a business line a month ago with Telkom, I am trying to access my telkom emails inbox and I am unbale to do so as my log in details were deleted when upgrading. I have been sent from Technical to Sales 5 times now as no one is able to assist, Sales send me to technical as they have done everything on their side and technical needs to give me a password for my emails but they cannot find my email address on their side. I have spoke to 10 different people in over an hour but the matter is still not resolved. The left hand does not work with the right hand. I have a business with the telkomsa.net email address which I cannot access????!!!!!!</p>
