A DISGRACE TO INTERNET

I am now so sick and tired of calling TELKOM.. We are paying every DAMN month for 10 mb/s yet we never get anything above 4mb/s.. And wait lets stop paying then you asses want to black list..!!!! I received a service request and NOTHING came of it!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE A DISGRACE and needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
