A deceiving company!

I hate Telkom at this point. I have 2 contracts with them, ever since the price increase my R249.00 120GB plan billed me R319 due to some subscription they subscribed to without my consent and this month. i will be billed almost double because of the subscription. When you call the call centre, they tell you that there is nothing they can do... I requested a cancellation and the retention department tell you that it can be fixed but unfortunately after 2 consecutive days on the call no one assisted me. Then all of a sudden a week later i get an sms that my request for cancellation was received. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.. I am porting my current number to another service provider and cancelling both of my contracts. Pathetic service! Pathetic retention department that lies to it's clients. I would rather not do business with them if this is the culture they portray. If I could give Telkom a 0 star. I honestly would. A company full of deception and lies! 0 appreciation for their clients. As for the network coverage... Beyond pathetic. You have lost me and all my contracts as a client, together with my whole family. Poor service, leads to loss of business, leading to strain on your sales consultants to sell your products BUT you fail to retain loyal clients. BYE FELICIA!
