A company can't go 4 days with faulty phone lines

Company phone lines been down for 4 days . Losing bussiness due to the time period its taking Telkom to resolve the issue. A technician hasnt even been assigned to the problem yet and the only solution they have is to divert all calls to another cellphone number. We still cant make outgoing calls so it doesnt resolve our problem.
