A communication company that does NOT communicate

Trying to migrate from ADSL to LTE, is a nightmare. ADSL IS NO LONGER. Regular calls to the call ctr and all they say, We will escalate the problem No team leader and manager on duty to assist, the operators are trained very well, to brush customers aside. In all of this Telkom owes me money and will. Not do a refund for a service they cannot provide. Telkom has audacity to advertise, knowing very they cannot honor anything. Another company doomed to failure.
