<p>On the 2nd of August, I went to Southgate Mall and walked into a Telkom store. I was assisted by Ongiwe Mlangeni who gave me the best service EVER, Telkom is really lucky to have a staff member like her. Whoever may be reading this, please let the lady know that we are enjoying the phone we purchased has expired, and her assistance in helping to choose it is reason. </p> <p>I hope you ensure that most staff that are employed at your store have such happy and cheerful personalities.
