A Bunch of Losers

I am on the line with Telkom after requesting a call back and I'm being told that my query of 3 weeks ago was not logged, Thipe Phulare from (Chats Department) Telkom is telling me that he cant assist and there is nobody else I can speak too in his department. I was put on hold for 5 minutes who advised that he is transferring me to his Manager Nomazulu Mpofu.
