A beacon of hope in the darkness called telkom

Hi. I would like to use this platform to thank a wonderful lady, Lynette, who works in Telkom escalations department. After months of frustrating calls and emails without getting anywhere, I finally got a call from Lynette, who was the only person out of hundreds, who understood my problem and finally resolved it. Her manner was caring and understanding and helpful. I had only bad experiences with Telkom but Lynette restored hope. Thank you very much for your excellent service
