A 98 year old woman hasn't had a phone for a week

My 98 year old grandmother, who lives at Seapoint place (183 Beach Road) has not had a working telephone for over a week. I have phoned Telkom several times (each time getting a different story), have left a message on Social Media, have actually spoken to an attendant outside by their box, and nothing. A 98 year old woman should not be without a phone as it has caused her much unnecessary anxiety. It is a service she is paying for and needs. Please sort it out urgently.
