I am very unhappy with the service received and lack of feedback received. <br> I handed my mobile device, Samsung s4 mini, in for repairs on 18th January 2015. The speaker was faulty, I was told that the repairs should take 21 days to be returned to the store. Today 2 April I still have not received my device.<br> <br> This is after many returned trip to the store, numerous calls to the store, calls to telkom, emails and online messenger.....<br> <br> The store can niot contact the repair place except via an online emailing system which makes no sense. No calls are allowed between e stor and he repair place.<br> <br> I even spoke to the store manager and that ended up fruitless and no phone......<br> <br> <br> I cannot believe the poor service etc received and I am without a phone for more than 2 months<br> <br> Hope someone can help me resolve this issue and replace or return my phone......
