Since June 2024 when I had my first contract fevice with Telkom. You give them all your valueble information and follow every procedure, you chase after them to pay, they arent in contact with you. You phone their call ventres each and everyone of them gives different info like no one knows their product. So unprofessional. Apparently I skipped 1 month which is December 2024 and I was forwarded to Nudebt, apparently their debt collectors. We had and agreement and then I was chared twice. Telkom and nudebt. R4000 was pulled today from my account by both parties involved. I am taking legal action. Nobody phoned me nobody spoke to me I have to do all that
