99 Rands deduction in airtime for no reason?

<p>I called telkom twice already and the people I am talking to don't seem to know their story...... </p> <p> </p> <p>Last night I recharged with R100 airtime... This morning when I wake up, I have only 1 Rand airtime and an Sms saying 99 Rands was deducted from my account. I have not subscribed to anything and I myself don't know what this could be for. I thought telkom was going to give me answers but the people I have been dealing with seem like they don't even know their products. Telkom needs to explain to me what they have used my airtime for..... </p>
