99 free me costs me R273.00 for under one month - What is goping on

<p>Good day,</p> <p>On 5 August I took our a 1gb free me contract at your office which is R99.00 p.m. I am unable to get help from accounts they say the invoice which is attached does not exist??? I have been charged a pro-rata fee for July when I did not have the service, and R200.88 rental for August to september I fail to undertand why the rental is R200.88 I signed up for the R99.00 package. The invoice date is 4 August due on 26 August and now I am told the account does not exist. Also I got the account via the post and not via e-mail. The tatoal bill amounts to R273.22 which is for almost 3 months service and I have had it for under a month. the lady on 081180 became very aggressive with me and told me she cannot help!!!!!</p> <p>Who can sort this out, I refuse to pay R273. 32 for something I have not even had ONE MONTH.</p> <p>Kind Regards<br />Wanda Horsfield<br /> ********** 990</p>
