99 days, 2 separate breach of contract issues, not a single ounce of effort done.

99 days, a full 99 days, 7 seperate complaints, shaping of my unshaped account, Telkom confirmed they put the wrong policy on my account and have done nothing to change it, then additionally the shaping/ blocking of netflix connections in addition to my 90 mbs connection being retched down to 1mbs or less with my upload staying at 6mbs until today. Nothing, nothing at all has been done. I've spent in total 18 hours on the phone, doing their job, waiting and getting through to their engineers and account managers to confirm all the incorrect faults and still not a single god damned thing has been done. With the NCC complaint appearing to be useless I will be seeking legal council on how to approach this. I will cease paying the bills for a product I am not receiving. Never in my wildest imagination could I ever think telkom was as bad as people say it is. The FUP section for the shaping is as follows. "Once a subscriber reaches the 50GB cap the bandwidth intensive protocols or applications shall be throttled to 128kbps speed for the rest of the month. Full Speeds shall resume at the beginning of the next calendar month. 7. The SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless service will offer uncapped data for all traffic types except bandwidth intensive protocols or applications which shall be capped at 50GB. 8. Bandwidth intensive protocols or applications are defined as Bit torrent traffic downloaded via Peer to Peer and news servers Protocols (NNTP)." Attached is my current speed test from the only device on my network connected via lan, as soon as it hits 7pm my internet is in shambles.

Nothing has been done, again, as usual. Telkom responded in saying that its due to peak hour traffic, which results in 95% of my speed being cut, even when under 50gb usage, on an unshaped account, where the only shaped protocols are P2P and News server, as stipulated by the contract agreement. 110 days. In a 3rd of a year Telkom is incapable of putting the usage policy, that the contract I signed outlined, into effect.

"Once a subscriber reaches the 50GB cap the bandwidth intensive protocols or applications shall be throttled to 128kbps speed for the rest of the month." "8. Bandwidth intensive protocols or applications are defined as Bit torrent traffic downloaded via Peer to Peer and news servers Protocols (NNTP)." Seem fami****? "Full connection speeds will be maintained during peak periods for general browsing, online gaming and video streaming and the customer experience will not be affected."
