91 year old Grandmother is home alone with no landline access....

@TelkomZA I am not a fan of complaining.....however, when it involves my 91year old GRANDMOTHER...... Please assist urgently!! Tracking number ********** 0 exists since 24th April 2018!! No action or feedback has taken place yet??! Yes, again.....My 91 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER is home alone WITHOUT any communication to EMS or her family!!!
