9 months later and contract still running

With regards to reference numbers SM127509 and SM210701 my contract is still not cancelled.<br> The cancellation request was submitted on 30/06/2015 and despite this the contract was renewed in January.<br> This matter will be taken up with the CPA on the 1st of April 2016 - unless Telkom decides to cancel the contract (as requested 9 months ago in writing) and refund the over R2000 they debited through Naedo Opsporing.
