9 Months for a Landline and ADSL!!!

Paul James Brackencity- We had requested last year end October for a landline as well as ADSL. We had a technician come in about 4 months later. when we asked him what he'd be installing, he said he didn't know, that he'd have to check his book. When one of our owners asked him to give her a moment to help a CLIENT, he walked out. When I called Telkom to lodge a complaint against him, the operator said the technician said we cancelled the installation. WE DID NO SUCH THING! and when I explained this to her, she turned around and said to me that she doesn't know who to believe. It has been another 5 months since this incident and we have still not seen another technician. We were put on an emergency list and were meant to have someone come out this past weekend and still we have seen no one.
