9 day TAT: BILLING QUERY

<p>I Called on Monday and was told I would get feedback within 72 hours, called back today, to be informed it is "72 working days" 9 DAYS!!!! Let me make a suggestion, if your TAT is more than 2 days, refrains from using hours when proving a TAT, this is misleading to the consumer. Please also advise how it takes 9 days to resolve a matter as simple as case # ***6. Please also provide your agent Nkosikana the relevant training in order for him to make use of listening s****s, as this resulted in the case being logged without all the relevant information. I trust that Tulani has updated as required after talking to him today. This type of service is disturbing to say in the least. Your products are amazing, however your service discounts the great product offering immensely.</p>
