8ta Telkom Mobile retention department

I cancelled my 8ta contract on 23/12/2013 at the Telkom Woodlands branch, and the fax was sent through to 8ta retentions at 13h55 (fax confirmation).<br> 25 Nov 2014, I queried the cancelation contract at Woodlands branch, and they sent through a email to retention department.<br> 2 Dec 2014, I queried again, but no response.<br> 3 Dec 2014, Woodlands Branch (Mohau Selatole) sent another email to retention - no response<br> 14 Jan 2015, I sent another email query - responded the next day<br> 15 Jan 2015, the retention department responded with\ Please note that this number was cancelled last already and the charges were reversed. So I'm not sure which query you're referring to"<br> 16 Jan 2015"
