8Ta takes what does not belong to them

Dear 8ta i was a long standing customer untill you started debeting my acount while i payed so when I reversed the extra charges you sent me bills s saying i was in arears. I highlighted the problem and mailed it back to u showing you where YOUR MISTAKE was and countles times you would say o we see the problem we will fix it and then u handed me over. I showed ur debt colecktion agency where YOU mesed up and the apologized and debited my acount (witch was elegal i didnt sighn for it and yes i checked it with my lawyer!) you then chainged my interner contract without my consent or even me knowing about it and eventualy our fight witch now was going on for almost 2 years came to a head in Desember check how many times i caled loged complaints asked for help and thank God i recorded all conversations loged times i caled how long i was on the phone who i spoke to and what they said only to not do their job every exuse from we cant escalate the call we cant call head office we dont have a head office number, or sorry there is no poeple in head office to tend to your complaints as we can only email them I eventualy stoped trying and cancled my acounts and kept paying so that you guys wont hand me over for YOUR MISTAKE RESULTING in another mess i have to sort out now its almost another 2 years later 2Flippen YEARS AND U OWE ME R3000 guess what u wont pay me back ive received excuses after exuses from we want proof of pay ment.. I EFT u the money monthly and u want me to draw 2 years bank statrments thats going to cost me even more money to prove u stole mine..? O and i LOVE the one i got this morning... Dear client your case has been resolved We are awaiting confirmation from debt collectors wether the credit is due to u or will be used to cover your legal fees

Dear telkom i have had enough i have proof where your maniger admits that YOU MESED UP MY BILLING and now u want to ***** my money 2 i think not if you do not resolve this now i will take this further with every name, time and conversation i have because this is beyond ridiculous
