8ta ripoff

For the last year I have been paying for an 8ta 10Gig promo account without being able to use the service. Connection gets established and stays connected for a maximum of 3 minutes before cutting out. You can't send large files, you can't download anything and you can't work in such a small window of connectivity (we tried). Only a ****le restart gives you another 3 minutes of internet time. My complaints at 8ta went unanswered. My request to cancel the contract went unanswered. My request to have a technician check on the service went unanswered. Believe it or not but 8ta was my primary internet provider for two years (before it all went to hell in a hand basket). I'm looking forward to cancelling my contract next week, but not before letting the public know how you operate. Goodbye Telkom. Lose my number and please don't try to sell me any products in future.
