8ta - pathetic service
My line has been suspended for no reason for the past two weeks now already. 8ta cannot update their system nor lift the wrongful suspension. On each call they only apologise for the wrongful inconvenience caused but do not fix the problem and no one gets back to me. My account has always been up to date and currently I don't owe 8ta a cent but yet I cannot make use of the service that I diligently pay for. I am totally disappointed and will against 8ta's pathetic service.
