8ta not so much

<p>I am hereby lodging a complain to 8ta/Telkom for misleading me telephonically into getting a router which could fit into my palm and was mobile and they sent me a big router which is not mobile and very hard to connect. Since they delivered the device they never bothered to call to check if its working or not but they go on and deduct money from my account from a device thats not even registered with. Theres no help line or customer service support number nothing. I sant them to come take this device and refund me asap. </p>
