8ta No service at all or extremely slow internet !!!!

<p>In the last month , my 8ta line has stopped working 4 times. Every time I must log a call and then after several days it works again. However my 8ta line got throttled on the 29th of June , though I still had unused data. I placed a call to 8ta on the 1st of July. The internet connection stopped working completely after I called. Then I called on Monday the 4th. They assured me that it would be resolved by today. Now it is the taking 2 minutes for a web page to load. This is 7 days of no or very slow internet and the 4th time it has happened in the last month. How do you expect me to run my business? </p>
