8ta contract keeps on losing signal

I have a good package from 8ta ,but the internet does not always work ,and in white river ,the signal just disappears.im a real estate agent and im losing business .could not even use the help line number 180 because it wont catch signal .if you can not improve your service don't sell contracts to people .im very disappointed with your reception
