8ta contract

Had an 8ta contract at telkom. From january 2015 cancelled it 4 times already. Got a call stating I owe them R117.00. On 16/10/2015 R234.00 was deducted from my bank account. En of october got an sms from nudebt stating i've been handed over for R117.00. How can the deduct R234.00 and still tell me I owe them money. When I went for the 5th time to telkom yesterday the manger told me the system shows that the contract has not ever been cancelled. So someone is not doing her job. Manager locked a call that contract cancelation should be back dated to january. Fair enough. But what about the fact that i've been handed over to nudebt. Are they going to clear my name? An what about the money I paid from january?
