8Ta Continues to dissapoint
<p>May I recommend that you never EVER sign up with 8Ta. I have had nothing but poor service from this absolutely useless company. From them telling me that I cannot upgrade my account to my Wifi LTEservice being continually interupted.</p> <p>The only time they ever seem to respond is when I post something on hellopeter.com</p> <p>My latest complaint relates to me logging a case and getting a reference number on 15 June. I have followed up numerous times just to eventually be informed that their SLA response time is 10 days and I need to wait to see if they conform to this time frame.</p> <p>I followed up again yesterday, note nobody ever follows up with the customer, as it was now already 12 days and the only assistance that the call center could give was to inform me that she would send an email to the Technician. Needless to say, it is now 24 hours later and 13 DAYs since I logged a call, and I have still not heard anything from 8TA.</p> <p>PLEASE DO NOT EVER CONSIDER USING THIS MISERABLE COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED, not to mention the poor service and long ques when going in store. </p>
