8ta and telkom...Worst network provider in SA..

I would like to express my disappointment with Telkom and 8ta.

I have not had such terrible and dishonest dealings like I have had with 8ta.

8ta claims to offer the best deals with the WORST service you will ever find.

Telkom has taken monies from my account on numerous occasions. When I phone to query the matter, after waiting for 10 to 25 minutes I ALWAYS get someone directing me to another and every person gives me a different story.

I had a month to month deal with 8ta the R99 free me deal. I was informed that I need to give a months notice.

After giving a months notice, my line does not get cancelled and I am made to pay for another month. After repeatedly sending a notice for cancellation, I am told that I need to pay a cancellation fee of R800 for early cancellation as THEY have registered the deal as a 24 month contract.

After insisting on a cancellation, they cancel my contract and charge me now R400 migration fee....For what ........ I didn't migrate to any other deal. I had cancelled the contract. Then I get charged a cancellation fee.

This is the 3rd Occasion that Telkom has usurped monies from me.

Disappointed at the DEVIOUSNESS and DISHONESTY.

Save yourself all the trouble AND being ******.

Stay away from Telkom and 8ta.
