I’m totally not happy about Telkom, I went to report a problem about my SIM card that someone is trying to **** me by using my phone number of which the person port in my number to the different number that I do not know,

So when I went to the Telkom branch by the Mall I was told that the issue was with Telkom Call Centre by the time they checked on their system so I was given the case number which is :***9 and according to Telkom they said the case is resolved without getting my number back as I’m using that number for my personal information and I need that number….
