much disappointing that my contract ended and i send through a request for my contract to be cancelled and no one has done so, the first month after my contract ended i did receive minutes and data and i paid for that via pick n pay as i blocked telkom from debiting me, but that not enough for telkom as now i'm sitting with the bill that i don't know comes from and this is so frustrating as you guys are affecting my ITC. can someone call me to let me know why i owe you where as the sms was sent to me that my phones were moved to prepaid
