80Gig Smart broadband Deal

Firstly I am happy with the Consultant that assisted me, The issue here is with Telkom. 3Months into my new contract, I regret upgrading! I cant stream in peace, I cant download and that 80Gig is a lie! I am currently disconnected yet I am active on their side, how is that even possible, they said its their Network, well at least they admitted they lack competency in that department. This is not what I signed up for, how would they feel if I didn't pay them on time? Its summary, DO NOT JOIN THEM!
