800KM for a sim swop!!!!!!

<p>My cell phone got ******, the walk in store by TELKOM was closed couple of months ago. The only thing that eight different call centre agents can tell me is, drive to your nearest Telkom store for a sim swop. I really regret the day I signed a contract with Telkom over the phone, while they can't help me over the phone with my problem.</p>
