8 weeks waiting for a telephone line

<p>I have been waiting for 8 weeks now for a telephone line to be installed , I put my first order in on the 9th September 2016 and was told 7 to 21 days wait, so I waited. Saturday the 1st October 2016 (4 weeks later) I phoned to find out what the delay was, I was told the request had been sent to the technician but they could not tell me how long it will take. I continued to wait, on the 21st of October 2016 (6 weeks after my order) When i enquired again I was told there was no order on the system for me. I placed another order on the same day and now I am still waiting . It has been a total of 8 weeks now and i have had no response at all. </p>
