8 weeks still No Installation, but still keep on charching me

<p>On 22 June I received my LTE router. </p> <p>As part of the advertised deal, Telkom would send a technician to install the external Antenna. I cannot complete my home setup until this instalation happened, as I do not know where the router must be</p> <p>After 4 calls to the call centre, each time holding in excess of 40min, still no installation. Every time I was promised that my issue is prioritized and that somebody will call me in 48 hours. Still no call</p> <p> </p> <p>Even though Telkom has not delivered as per the full deal description, I'm billed every month</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the antenna installed and I want my monies refunded</p>
