8 TA Cell phone , Accounts Department. Not updated as per Employee.

<p>I phoned 8TA with a problem where money were deducted from my account. The person informed me that they will contact me . They never responded.Then I phoned again and was informed that their system was not updated and that they will E-Mail. She informed me that she will record a case number but did not gave me a case number. I then phoned agajn and I once again gave them my E mail number, yet still no response. My father phoned and got to close doors without help.</p>
