8 MONTHS STILL NO SERVICE !!!!! GATVOL FEB contract cancelled and still waiting for our money and assistance its oktober now !!!! this is poor service

Its has been 8 months now that we are trying to cancel this contract … in February we bought a hawaii portable router , in the first place it was bought online and the procedures were done over telephonic conversation , IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT WE WILL ONLY PAY R149.00 PER MONTH AS IT WAS ADVERTISED …. But then we got bills for over R1700.00 the one month and so forth UNTIL NOW THEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTING MONEY FOR A ROUTER THAT HAS BEEN SENT BACK A FEW MONTHS AGO ITS NOT BEING USED BY US BUT THEY TAKE THE MONEY… now this has been 8 months and the service is really very poor , if this matter does not get resolved we will have to go and get some legal advice …. There has been various telephonic conversations Facebook chats anc case numbers and you simply don’t care to ***** from people who want to support and be a client of yours this is pathetic … here is a case number please sort this out ********** 3 ********** 5
