8 months, still no cancelation

<p>This is my 3rd time posting about this issue on HP. Everytime some one reply within minutes saying some one will phone me, still no one has phoned me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my LTE contract cancelled as I have not been using it for several months now. I tried phoning in to telkom but every time they send me on a wild goose chase saying I should phone the numbers they give me or send an email to these email adresses and of course none of them work!</p> <p> </p> <p>I used the refrence of the previous hello peter reply to check on the status of the request, and no surprise there, it hasnt even been opened yet. </p> <p>What could possibly take this long to cancel a contract?</p>
