8 months of no action from TELKOM

<p class="MsoNormal">September last year i went online to apply for a contract, an ipad. Online instructions said that Telkom would call me to let me know whether I have been approved for the contract or not. They never called me back and I assumed that my application was not successful. End of the month in October I received a statement from Telkom for the mobile device and on the end of that month, money was deducted from my account. Money has been deducted from my account ever since. I have been going to the bank at the end of every month to reverse the payments made every single month. I have been calling Telkom every single month, I have been to Telkom stores to try get help and I have not been helped. January they said they are investigating a ***** case, so up until today they are still investing. I have done everything that they have asked of me from my side, including going to the police station to make an affidavid of the whole incident. </p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #1***7d;">Just received an sms saying “Notice of Legal Action: you in breach of contract with Telkom Ref: *** bal R2241 Call ***”. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #1***7d;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color: #1***7d;">I have been told that Telkom is working on the matter, but I am not being up dated, and I’m still getting this sms’s every second day.
