After 8 months of intermittent worthless internet that shuts down after 6pm the last month the internet just doesn't work at all. I have had to open 9 faults in 8 months but no technician comes out to check what is going on and the call centres all just say the same **** and nobody fixes anything. They just close the fault or put the phone down in your ear. I got a sms today saying technician is being dispatched, 8;26am an sms updates me that the fault is in hand with a technician. I had to stay at home today to wait for the ****ing technician since it was said that he is coming around 7:30 to 16;00 SO ****** ACCURATE RIGHT LIKE I CAN PLAN MY DAY AROUND THAT. at 11am I call to find out where the technician is. They respond saying he is working on the exchange. I need to know when he is coming to my fixable location if at all and they cannot tell me. At 1pm i call and hear the same thing. Technician is working on the exchange, cant give me any other details. at 3pm I call again. The call centre agents lets me know that the fault was closed at 8:50 and I need to open a new fault. I cant accept this at the telkom website says its still open and being worked on and every other agent says that the tech is at the exchange. I get put through to the team leader, he has nothing to tell me, they are going to email the technician and see whats going on. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS BS FOR 8 MONTHS. Always the same responses, always faults being closed without anything being done, and slowly everyday my line speed goes from 350kb to 22kb download and upload from 100kb to ****ing 5kb I can't browse, I can't do tracert's, I can't do any speedtests because latency is too high. 40 ****ing minutes to open Hellopeter and I just get told that my fault is closed I have to restart for the 10th time this year.
