7working days have passed, i am still a private investigator for my package

<p>Its been 7 working days. i have exhausted resources to track my cellphone delivery.<br /><br />I have contacted all courier companies that the telkom sales reps. have given me and none of them know where my package is.<br /><br />I tried using twitter, they mailed me once for my information. nothing has been done. i emailed a rep who said they'd help with the case and received no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted head office and no answer on the phone.<br /><br />I am glad however our work telephones are voip and record calls because this is something i doubt i can take lightly because if this is their service to a new customer i cannot imagine how bad things will be for the next 2 years under their contract.<br /><br />I am paying for a product i will be debited for again on the 25th but i am unsure as to when i will receive it to date,<br /><br />Telkom your service has been beyond shallow, there is no understanding of Customer service and best practice.<br /><br />I will still not write any personal opinion on this matter right now as i am disheartened and the excitement i had two weeks ago has turned into regret.<br /><br />Whoever is reading this review, i will leave it up to you to decide.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the end of it.<br /><br />I have sent out mail to some news outlets. with testimonies from other clients. <br /><br />If my package is not here by today i will continue my search for "fair" karma.</p>
