Bad customer service . I done an application for an iPhone 1 week ago which is currently on promotion .The store told me they would receive stock later that day ,yet I got no feedback . I went back the next day still no stock . I informed the staff that I am not able to come during the week as the time I get home from work the store is closed and will collect on Saturday and I was told it is okay .After 6 days I was informed they will receive stock later that day ,and I need to collect it. I informed them that I will collect the next day which is today ,well within 24 hours . I was then informed that the Manger of the store refused to keep it after an approved application and 1 week of waiting . Do not do opt for Telkom!!
