72 YEAR OLD LADY NO SERVICE 2 MONTH'S NO RESPONSE FROM TELKOM

After 2 month's of reporting a fault on landline ***, standing in a long queue at Telkom, also reporting on their website as well as sending a few sms NOTHING!!!! What is wrong with you people is this how you treat everyone??? Phone has had no service for 2 month's shows no mobile connection but guess what? nothing will be done about it in any case..........
