72 hours turns to 9days and still waiting!

My issue has STILL not been sorted out and it's over a week. Service agreement / turn around time given was 72 hours... It's been 9 days!!!!!!!! Pathetic service from Telkom. After being a client for so many years, this is the treatment we get. Plus I called for the 4th time, asked to speak to a manager, then was transferred to How much is it so I can see if I have enough on me first sales call center.... Hahahaha hahaha! What a joke! Appalled by this. I want all my contracts canceled now. Then I can have my called ID back
