7 working days turning to 14 working days

<p>I call their call centre after i pay the bill then they tell me it takes 7 days, i call on the 8th day and line is still closed and i get told 14 days. totally unacceptable and to think im due for an upgrade makes me wonder. To think i had recommended them to most of my friends that have taken up a contract with them already since, i hear they are not happy as well.</p>
