7 working days????

<p>i have just a app**** for a wifi router via the online application and needless to say i am disgusted with the service i have recieved. needless to say to try and get through to customer care is a joke, and i had to speak to an agent via the chat which is so distant and unfriendly, only to be told i have to wiat 7 working days for my application to approved before they will give me a call back to advise on a delivery date? i am taking a chance on Telkom away from my Usual SP that i never have an issue with and get immediate services from an agent with a phone call, to get treated like this? i get next day delivery and immediate feed back from my usual SP. very unhapy and am considering terminating my order. </p>
