7 weeks and still no joy!!!

Its been 7 weeks without any service from telkom. The call center just cuts the call, logging an online fault doesn't help, its just ignored, yet the debit order still goes off. No service provided but we still paying. Utter nonsense!! There was a technician in the area from open serve, he saying he's coming back and just disappeared. We use the line for business, we loosing out on orders, and we cannot rely on cellphones as its a farming area with no reception. I just can't do this anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
