7 months old query

This is probably the 10th time in the last 7 months that i try resolve this issue. Telkom was refusing to refund me my money and only got to it when i refused to pay my monthly charge. But instead they go and refund me by offsetting the amount with penalty charges due to me not paying. How *********** does one have to be to not realise that my refund was a pointless one in that regard.<br> Now to top it off you have now killed my adsl line right in the middle of my busiest month and every second is costing me money. All i get is a \ we are looking into your dispute".<br> Not once have i even recieved a call to try rectify my issue. Im being penalised for wanting my own money back!<br> Utterly disgusted at this"
